We strive to make each product using high quality standards. But, things happen and sometimes you purchased the wrong item or we (God forbid) made a mistake. No worries! We want to make you happy. What's it going to take? Do you want to exchange your item (maybe you like the blue instead of the gold)? Was your precious item received broken by the delivery service (oh no!)? Maybe you just want your money back - we can handle that too. Here are just a few simple guidelines:
Sweetpolly's Creations will:
- Accept returns and exchanges of unused products with a valid receipt for up to 15 days after purchase
- This does not include custom products (see section titled "Custom Products")
- Exchanges will be made for an equal or lesser value of the purchased product/s.
- Refunds will be made in the form of a store credit or refund to the original payment method minus shipping and handling
- Shipping of returns are made at the customers expense
- We recommend the use of tracking when shipping

- CUSTOM PRODUCTS
- Will be replaced if a mistake or error was made by Sweetpolly’s Creations or
- If the product was received broken by the delivery service
- Notification to Sweetpolly's Creations must be made within 3 days of receipt
- Broken items shall be replaced with the same item unless the product is no longer in stock. In which case it will be replace with a comparable product
- INITIATING A RETURN
- To start the process of returns and/or exchanges send an email to customer service at info@sweetpollyscreations.com
- If item is broken, include a picture of the broken item
- You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours.
